Polypropylene (PM) is a sterile non-absorbable synthetic monofilament surgical suture composed of an isotactic crystalline stereoisomer of polypropylene, a synthetic linear polyolefin and polyethylene.
The suture is smooth and flexible providing easy handling to the user with high initial tensile strength.
